Luxury new homes across Norfolk
Since 1980 we have built high quality new homes across Norfolk, covered by the NHBC 10 year guarantee.
Our developments range from single plots to small multi-unit sites, finished in traditional Norfolk materials such as flint, carrstone and red brick.
02 · Renovation
Renovations and conversions
Alongside new builds, we renovate and convert properties with real character, such as the barn conversion at Oxborough Road, Boughton.
More than 250 homes have been constructed or renovated by the company to date.
03 · Design and planning
Designed in-house, with local architects
Ian Hales primarily designs the houses, working alongside local architects Parsons and Whittley and Ian Bix Associates, who deal with the planning and working drawings.
04 · Plumbing and heating
Where the business began
Derek and Helen Hales started out in 1968 as plumbing and heating specialists for the commercial and domestic market, and plumbing and heating remains a core part of the business.
Every new home we build uses a renewable heating system, and we are approved and certified installers.
05 · Lettings
Homes to rent, maintained by us
On top of construction and house sales, the company rents out and maintains its own portfolio of houses.
